The service

Nordvakt runs phishing-simulation training: it sends simulated phishing emails to a customer's own employees and reports who interacted, so the team can learn to spot real attacks.

Authorized use only

You may only run simulations against recipients you are authorised to test (your own workforce). You confirm you have a lawful basis to do so. Using the service to target people without authority is prohibited and grounds for termination.

No credential harvesting

The service records simulation outcomes as metadata only. It does not capture or store passwords or any data a recipient submits. You agree not to attempt to repurpose it to do so.

Your responsibilities

Keep recipient data accurate and your account credentials secure.
Sign the Data Processing Agreement before launching campaigns.
Comply with applicable law, including GDPR and employee-notice obligations.

Availability & liability

During the current phase the service is provided on an as-is basis while we finalise production hardening. The full liability and warranty terms will be set out in the final, legally-reviewed version of this document.
